The rise in political polarization has been identified as a top concern to organizations in a new political risk index that looks at the patterns in the world’s most vulnerable countries. The index analyses data from more than 200 countries.

While political polarization brings an increased threat of workforce tensions, political volatility and political violence the index also looks at affective polarization, elite polarization and idealogical polarization. All forms of polarization are on the rise and bring challenges to business as changes in political leadership have an impact government policies.
